Baked beetroots with blackcurrant, chicken and sauce on burned hay and rosehip

Grilled leek with Gruyère, palm cabbage and mustard sauce

Tatar of matured beef tenderloin with tomato and sparkling water

Roasted skate wing with green beans, parsley and white wine sauce

Quail with ceps, salsify, Vin Jaune sauce

Pork shoulder and tenderloin with black garlic, gherkins and sauce on celery and apple juice

Gnalling (cheese) from Arla Unika with pear and kamut

Plums with marzipan, plum icecream and “cocoa”

Frozen cherries with raspberries, tarragon and burned icecream

All dishes are served in starter size, we recommend 3-5 dishes pr. person
