At the moment we have following dishes on the menu:

Tempered cod with kohlrabi, dill and sauce on smoked fish bones

Brown crab with carrots, pea juice and sauce on söl and rosehip

Broccoli with pan seared langoustine, gooseberries and airy vinaigrette

Tartare of matured beef tenderloin with North Sea Cheese and buckwheat

Celeriac with spinach, black olives and cep remoulade

Poached truffle sausage with mushrooms à la crème and parsley

Everything from the duck with glazed beetroot and sauce on the duck

Gnalling (cheese) from Arla Unika with potatoes and butter vinaigrette

 Pear quinces with marzipan, frozen skyr and vanilla cream

Date ice cream with grain crumble and ice cold raspberries

All dishes are served in starter size, we recommend 3-5 dishes pr. person
